We offer outreach and educational services to churches and other Christian organizations. By attending our workshops, seminars, and courses – effectiveness in ministry can be improved.
Our education options include Christian marriage and family enrichment, training of lay assistants to support and encourage people who are hurting, and training for pastors and staff to improve their overall ministry.

Equipping Christian leaders to respond to the mental health needs of their ministry through support, education, and training. We specialize in areas that are important to you and your ministry staff. We equip you and come alongside you to better meet the needs of those you serve.
As Christian leaders and educators, you are often called upon to be the first to respond to the local crises and mental health needs of those in your care. At times, those needs can outweigh your experience, training or capacity; leaving you feeling ill-equipped and/or under-resourced. Our goal through RESTORE Ministry is to partner with you in these seasons, teaming with you providing tools, resources and trainings, equipping you to better assess and triage the most common mental health issues being brought to you, equipping you to meet people where they are and caring for them in their time of need.
We have a heart for, and expertise in, counseling and coaching ministry leaders. Providing support to ministry leaders and staff through counseling, specialized support groups, and consulting.
We understand the pressures of ministry and desire to support you. We provide support in three primary ways: (1) counseling/coaching for individuals in ministry and for their own families; (2) specialized support groups for men in ministry, women in ministry, and spouses; and (3) consulting on ministry issues in our areas of expertise.
We help lead and facilitate forums to help pastors and those serving in ministry to thrive in their work, discussing issues of the heart, providing strategies for both successful ministry and healthy living.

- Multiple demands are placed on pastors and church leaders daily, including staff issues, finances, conflict resolution, and leadership development. All of this can understandably take a toll both personally and professionally. Thankfully, our services provide a way forward. Being an ordained pastor and having worked in church leadership, I understand the difficulties that are associated with ministry. Being a pastor or church leader requires time, patience, and comes with many challenges. We work with many pastors and church staff - and find they appreciate the competent care and confidential support we provide to help them with personal and family matters.

Hybrid Counseling/Coaching helps us best serve the current needs of clients
We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments to new and existing clients. In addition to meeting in the office, clients are able to receive services from the comfort and safety of their home
